It features anything that a budding chef could want as well as recipes for those who have been cooking their own formal and family oriented dishes for years. This book is not the first of either chef however it is a very personal one for both.

I love trying new recipes and I’ve been on a new thing where I love trying new styles of food as well. So this book full of recipes from Jerusalem seemed like an excellent one for me to try. Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi have definitely outdone themselves here. The recipes I’ve tried all have a lot of flavor and they all look great too. Not only that but they don’t take me hours to make or a lot of complicated ingredients like so many cookbooks. Instead, I find myself turning to this book even when I don’t have a lot of time to make dinner.

Jerusalem by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi is a cookbook for anyone looking to branch out and try some new recipes. There are so many amazing dishes in this book that I just couldn’t stop trying them all. I’m only partway through them but I know that I’m going to create all of them. Everything from main courses to veggies to desserts is in this book. 120 recipes in all and I’m just going to have to make each one for myself and my family. We’ve loved everything so far so I know we’ll love the rest of them as well. I definitely recommend this book with its amazing flavors.
