Reviewer Guidelines
LikedReviews exists to publish useful, honest accounts of genuine experiences. These guidelines apply to every community review submitted to the site.
1. Review only what you genuinely experienced
Your review must be based on your own experience with the product, service, place or organisation. Do not submit fabricated experiences, reviews written for somebody else, copied material or AI-generated accounts presented as personal experience.
2. Reviews must not be paid or rewarded
Do not submit a review in exchange for money, gifts, discounts, free products, services, competition entries or any other benefit. LikedReviews does not sell favourable reviews or allow businesses to purchase a particular rating or outcome.
3. Use a verifiable profile
Submit reviews using accurate contact information and a profile that can be verified. We may request reasonable supporting information when authenticity is questioned. Any evidence supplied for verification will not be published unless you explicitly authorize it.
4. Disclose relevant connections
Clearly disclose any employment, ownership, agency, family, financial or other material connection to the subject of your review. Reviews from undisclosed insiders or competitors may be rejected or removed.
5. Be specific, fair and useful
Explain what happened, when it happened and what influenced your rating. Include relevant positives and negatives. Distinguish facts from personal opinions and avoid exaggeration.
6. Respect privacy and the law
Do not publish private personal information, threats, harassment, hate speech, confidential material, copyright-infringing content or allegations you cannot reasonably support. Never include passwords, payment information or identity documents in a public review.
7. Moderation
Submissions may be checked for authenticity, relevance, duplication, conflicts of interest, abuse and compliance with these guidelines. Positive and negative reviews are treated equally and will not be rejected merely because of their rating or sentiment. Publication is not guaranteed.
