Game Review: Assassin’s Creed 3
Any game enthusiast must be aware of the Assassin’s Creed franchise. Assassin’s Creed 3 is the fifth edition in the series which comes after the 2011 Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. Assassin’s Creed 3 was released in 2012. This action adventure video game was developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. The game is available to be played on a number of gaming consoles such as the PlayStation 3, Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and Wii U. This review will try to dissect this particular version of the game to try and understand why it is such as buzz.

The game’s plot
The storyline of the game is set based on fictional historical events that can relate to real world occurrences. The story portrays the historical struggles between the Assassins and the Templers. History has it that the Assassins fought for peace with their own free will while the Templers desired the same peace through coercion. The game takes you through the struggles and tops it off with relentless action packed combats spanning through bustling cities, unfriendly wilderness and the open sea waters. The game’s storyline stems from the early civilization and tackles historical issues such as persecution, colonialism, violence, and patriotism amongst other contentious issues.
The amazing storyline behind the Assassin’s Creed 3, together with the intriguing combats have cumulated to the astounding credits associated with the game. The game takes you through the American Revolution with Desmond Miles and Connor Kenway as the Assassins who still relish the battle between the Templers and the Brotherhood. The game features all the American’s founding fathers such as Da Vinci, the Borgias, the Medici and the Machiavelli.
To add fun to the game, the jungles, where a better part of the game takes place in are transformed to have an urban feel. All the main features that are normally associated with the jungles are maintained in order to ensure that you are not missing out on anything. Connor, being native is allowed to maneuver through the forest without any restrictions. He can move on the ground or jump through the forest thickets with sheer stealth. The game is not only limited to the wilderness, there are also some awesome city settings that the player is introduced to while playing.
Whether it’s in the city or the jungle, as the player you get to enjoy missions that are filled with breathtaking action.
